In the second half of 2009, two European Tour players earned over 600,000 Euros (including a 1st time win) after putting coaching sessions with him.

By discussing the needs with the player, I can establish the correct method, and implementation time. Some golfers want to change everything at once and others want to change more slowly. Either way, player input & constant feedback determine the outcome and success of any coaching.
