Andy has worked with European and PGA Tour Coaches; expanding his knowledge of the game in all areas of the game and now specialises in the coaching of the short-game. “I still enjoy coaching the golf swing, but the lack of specialised short-game coaches and the prospect of offering almost instant results, has caused me to focus on coaching the skills used and learned working with County Players, PGA Club Pro’s, Men’s & Ladies European Tour Players and former US Major Champion.

Following a car accident in 1989, Andy studied the natural movements of the body (biomechanics) & applied them his own golf swing. This greater understanding of body motion led to major improvements in power and accuracy in his own game culminating in victory in 1997 Jamaica Pro’s Championships. Understanding the Bio-Mechanics of the golf swing and subsequently the short-game and putting stroke has made him :‘The Midlands #1 PGA Qualified Putting & Short-Game Coach’.

Andy’s simple approach to coaching focuses on the player’s physical ability and enhances their performance and repeatability. Sports Biomechanics is used by the world’s best coaches and athletes to perform consistently at the highest level of competition. All of Andy’s students benefit from this level of coaching as standard with students of all levels and achieving incredible results. Andy, he has coached 6 youngsters to American University Scholarships during his 20 years as a coach, including coaching the Jamaica National team from 1997-2001and two European Tour players who earned over 600,000 Euros and a 1st time win, after working with him on their putting stroke
